Shinigami-kun will most likely kill me for this, but I don't care. It's my anti-page, I can do and PUT whatever the hell I want on it, as long as it's not illegal crap or porn. The reviews of anti-pages was my idea anyway, and basically that means I can choose to delete reviews of anti-pages that I myself wrote.
Now that I've completely confused anyone who decided to read this rant, I'll try to get back to this page's main intent. While Shinigami and I were redesigning Wufei Sucks! last week to have the new layout ready by its first birthday (anniversary, the day Hell froze over, whatever you refer to July 16 as...), I re-read my comments about the anti-pages that I've reviewed. As I read the review I did on Gundam Wing Sux (written August 26, 2000), I realize some of the crap I was spewing out about the page was rather harsh and uncalled for. Re-reading that review I did nearly a year ago shows me how stupid and jaded I was back then. Hell, I probably still *AM* jaded, but I'm not as naive as I was then.
Yet, the stupid comments I wrote on my review of GWS aren't the real reason I'm sitting here at 3:33am CDT writing this. It's the controversy and idiotic flame war that was sparked FROM THE REVIEW that bothers me. All the flames sent between myself, Death, and other WS! former staff members and the GWS people were/still are ridiculous. Spending a majority of the first year of operation for *both* our sites (I think GWS and WS! have roughly been around for a year. I could be wrong about this, GWS people?) ranting and raving about the other's site, and acting so childish. Over what? Over stupid comments I made about GWS, despite my CONSTANT reassurtions time and time again that these "reviews" are simply A JOKE and are NOT meant to be taken seriously.
If you guessed that this is a FORMAL apology for all this flame war crap that's happened over the past year, you should give yourself a cookie. Yes, I'm sorry for all the bullcrap that was created over one stupid review that I made as a joke. GGH, I guess you finally got the apology you've always wanted from me, ne? -.-;;; For lamers out there who want to take this as some kind of sign that I'm "buying out" or "giving in" to their demands, allow me to kindly tell you to go screw yourselves. If you believe that I'm "bowing down" to GWS, then to hell with you braindead morons. I know the past year was rather rough, that's why I'm TRYING to make the future a *little* less rough for everyone involved in the whole Wufei Sucks!/Gundam Wing Sux affair.
However, this does NOT mean that Shinigami and I will STOP reviewing stupid anti-pages. Any other anti-page dealing with Gundam Wing is still a PRIME AND OPEN target for reviewing and our biting sarcasm. GWS just happens to be the only page that has given us the most Hell about the review. And for the idiots from Trowa Sux who are CONTINUEOUSLY RIPPING OUR SITE OFF, don't even *THINK* about asking us to reconsider doing anything about the things Shinigami and I said in YOUR review.
